Several of EMT’s personnel previously worked for Radian International, which was considered by many as the premiere Air Consulting Firm in the world. In 1998, Radian was acquired by Dames & Moore and ceased to exist, however, the spirit of developing lifelong relationships by delivering superior customer service lives on within EMT.

At the URS Oak Ridge, TN office (formerly Radian) , Mr. Kelley was the Director of the Air Compliance Management Services (ACOMS) group. As part of the ACOMS group, Mr. Kelley served as project manager over numerous air quality projects.
